Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Send us a video of the outer box and the damaged or wrong product WITH your receipt to info@thpapothecary.com. Please note, if damage or theft is a result of the shipping carrier, we will advise you to file a claim with them as we have no control over packages once they leave our hands.

To ensure quality and sanitation, The Healing Place Apothecary does not accept returns or exchanges. Your satisfaction is our highest priority. Please read the descriptions carefully and contact us immediately with any questions or concerns prior to purchase. We will do our best to work with you.
