What’s Happening in the Universe?

The date of the Autumn Equinox corresponds to the center of the Sun crossing the celestial equator moving southward. It is also based on the day closest to the first day of autumn (September 21st) when night and day are nearly of the same length and it marks the first day of autumn.

What Does the Fall Season Represent?

Traditionally, this celebration was observed with a harvest feast to celebrate and share the abundance of the past season and a time when the plants are setting their seeds; making themselves ready for their new cycle.

This season is about harvesting ALL the Universe has waiting for you and for assisting you to use this time to balance yourself and your life.

Utilize the energy of this season and fast to assist in creating and maintaining balance. Look closely at the balance in your life and shift what needs to be shifted or change what needs to be changed.

If your life is out of balance then this fast can assist you to bring yourself and your life back into alignment; thus harvesting more peace of mind, joy, prosperity, happiness; and less loneliness, chaos, confusion and frustration.

Physical focus

This is a good season to plan a colon cleanse, to rejuvenate the lungs and to cleanse and nourish the skin. Some cleanses and dietary guidelines during this season include:

  • Probiotic supplements – to improve intestinal flora and help prepare the colon for a cleanse.

  • Fiber drinks and vegan meal plans.

  • At-home enemas

  • Yeast cleanse – avoiding sugars and yeasts and cleansing through a series of herbs, spices and foods

  • Skin brushing – a natural bristle brush is gently used over the entire body to stimulate the lymphatic system and promote skin health.

Fall Fruit and Vegetables

   but to allow others to affect their destinies.

   it's to permit another to face reality.

   but to accept.
To let go is not to nag, scold or argue,
   but instead to search out my own shortcomings and correct them.
To let go is not to adjust everything to my desires,
   but to take each day as it comes and cherish myself in it.
To let go is not to criticize or regulate anybody,
   but to try to become what I dream I can be.
To let go is not to regret the past,
   but to grow and live for the future.
